Mill Running

Standard (30 minute session per dog) $59

At your location (home or other), complete a nail check, warm up and run your dog on the slatmill before returning your dog to you or your yard.

Age Restriction (per dog) $49

If your dog is younger than 12 months or older than 7 years they may require less time on the slatmill and more regular breaks. This session includes coming to your location (home or other), complete a nail check, warm up and run your dog on the slatmill before returning your dog to you or your yard.

First timer (per dog) $55
+
Dogs usually take to the slatmill very quickly, but the process doesn’t need to be rushed. If it is your dog’s first time using the slatmill please book a ‘First Timer’ session which will be focused on getting your dog comfortable using the mill. It will include lots of positive reinforcement to use the mill, we will never force a dog as we want the experience to be a positive one for pooches and people.

Pop up location (15 minute session per dog) $25

Keep an eye on our social media pages to find out when and where the van will visit. You can bring your dog to the van for an express 15 minute session. This is also a great way to come and try out the service if you are not sure, and to meet the Canine Cardio team.

By the Hour
Got lots of dogs to run? Having a pooch party? With a ‘By the Hour’ slatmill session we can run as many dogs for as long as they like for one hour. Simply contact us to book, confirm a location and supply the dogs. Let us know which dog you want to run for how long and within the hour we will run them. These sessions start at $150 for one hour.
Walking
Dog not into running? Are you too busy? Have you recently had surgery or sustained an injury? No worries, we are happy to walk your dog for you. We come to your location and walk up to two dogs within your neighbourhood at their pace.

Includes a long, blended, full body clip with scissor finish, hygiene clip (groin, armpit, bottom), ear clean, double shampoo and conditioner, blow and towel dry and a nail trim if required.

Includes a short clippered, full body clip with scissor finish, hygiene clip (groin, armpit, bottom), ear clean, double shampoo and conditioner, blow and towel dry and a nail trim if required.

Includes a scissor finish for the face, feet and tail, hygiene clip (groin, armpit, bottom), ear clean, double shampoo and conditioner, blow and towel dry and a nail trim if required.

Includes a full body and leg deshed, hygiene clip (groin, armpit, bottom), ear clean, double shampoo and conditioner, blow and towel dry and a nail trim and scissor finish for feet if required.

Please note: This service is ONLY available to short-haired dogs.

Puppy Groom (from $30)

This includes taking the time to teach puppies to stand on the table using positive reinforcement. Puppies will also receive a gentle wash and ear clean. No scissoring or clipping will be included with this service.
This service is available to puppies who have been vaccinated.

Dogs weighing 51kg to 100kg assessed on an individual basis. All prices subject to pet inspection on check in. Extra time charges may apply for double coated breeds, difficult and aggressive dogs.

In your home visit
Starting at $30 per visit
Canine Cardio Plus can visit your home and care for your animals, which include:
- dogs
- cats
- rabbits
- guinea pigs
- lizards/reptiles
- birds/chooks
- horses
- goats
- poddy calves
- sheep/lambs
- pigs
A minimum 30 minute visit for a dog may include:
- Feeding
- Water replenishment
- Short slatmill run
- Short stimulating training session
- Waste pick up
- Administer medication (if needed)
- Time permitting, or added additionally, it may also include:
- Mail collection
- Bin put out/bring in
- Watering garden/pot plants

Extras
Additional $10 per 10 minutes or part thereof
If 30 minutes is not long enough, extra time required may be charged at $10 for every extra 10 minutes or part thereof. This applies to:
- Feed/ water
- Extra exercise/attention
- waste removal
- bedding changes
Horse rugging Additional $10 per horse
Rugs can be put on or taken off if required. An additional fee may be added for uncooperative animals.
Horse lunging Additional $15 per horse/ 20 minutes
Horses can be lunged on the ground or over poles. An additional fee may be added for uncooperative animals.

Transport
Starting at $1.50 per km
Transport for dogs (or other small animals) is available within the primary service area, up to 30km as follows:
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, $1.50 per km up to 30km
- Saturday, 9am to 3pm, $1.80 per km up to 30km
- Sunday and Out of Hours (see above for hours) $2.00 per km up to 30km
